 REVIEW: The paper presents an interesting approach for the integration of GIS and agent based toolkits. The approach is clearly presented but in order to effectively conclude the paper, an application example must be presented, especially if, as the authors said in the concluding paragraph, they have the possibility to make comparisons with other models of the same target made following other approaches.
